  2. Scroll to Medical Codes and tap Manage procedure and diagnosis codes

Step 2: Pick a Tab

  • Procedure Codes

  • Diagnosis Codes

Step 3: Add Codes Manually

  1. Click the Add … code(s) field.

  2. Paste or type one or many codes separated by spaces or commas.

Tip: Bulk-pasting from Excel is fine—line breaks are stripped automatically.

Step 5: Edit or Delete Anytime

Hover over a saved code → Edit or Remove. Changes sync instantly everywhere you document.

FAQs

  • Limit? 500 codes per tab through Account Settings; CSV import handles thousands at a time.

  • Visibility? Codes are private to your login unless a workspace admin shares a master list.

  • Stuck? Ping us in chat; we’re faster than you can spell “otorhinolaryngology.”

Now go load up your list and let Ember do the coding.
