Ember can seamlessly join your Zoom meeting to provide transcription and analysis, making your meetings more productive and efficient. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Click the URL Icon

At the top of the screen, click the URL icon (it looks like a chain link). This will open the field where you can input your meeting link.

Step 2: Enter Your Zoom Meeting URL

In the "Join from URL" field, paste your full Zoom meeting link (e.g., https://us06web.zoom.us/j/5915942540?pwd=Xan9ZH6gJ6ABdTayjZSA). Ensure the link is complete and correctly formatted.

Step 3: Press Enter

After entering the link, press Enter to confirm.

Ember will now join your meeting, and you will see a screen that says "Joining your call..." followed by "Recording your call..." as Ember begins transcribing and analyzing the session.

You can then generate additional content like an outline, visit summary, or SOAP notes, and sync to your EHR if needed.

Troubleshooting Tip: If Ember does not capture your conversations as expected, check out our troubleshooting guide for steps to resolve the issue.
